I work as a Lead Product Designer at Buildertrend, a SaaS company serving the residential construction industry. My role at Buildertrend is multifaceted. I serve as a strategic design leader, where I identify and frame opportunities for our builders to optimize our financial features. Additionally, I'm a dedicated designer on one of our build teams, serving as the primary design resource.
In addition, I've worked at Duke Energy as a Design Strategist and at the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library, where I served as their first Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer, managing the Library's digital transformation and innovation efforts.
